Cancellations & rescheduling
Plans change, and CLT Black Car, LLC will make a good-faith effort to reschedule when possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for a deposit credit toward a future ride. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Wait time
Confirmed pickup times include a short grace period. Additional wait time, extra stops, route changes, or service that extends beyond the confirmed reservation may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
